Every year a scientific activity proposed by the Institute of Geology and Paleontology of Cuba is carried out. This activity aims to expose the new projects that are created from an idea to prolong the service of the center and support the scientific development of both scholars and geology and mineralogy in the country. For its celebration, the Havana Golf Club recreational center was chosen, where the top managers of the institute were to also honor the day of cuban science.
