For the 55th anniversary of the creation of the scientific center 'Instituto de Geología y Paleontología' (IGP), which is in charge of the geological services of my native country, Cuba, we had a trip as an activity to one of the best hotels in Havana: Comodoro Hotel.
The Comodoro Hotel, located in the northern region of Havana, in the Playa municipality, is one of the hotels with the best amenities and sea views in the capital.
Several friends and I traveled to it, and once we arrived we were greeted by a welcome cocktail and a snack in the lobby.
There were geological engineers and the best paleontologists in the country, who received a warm welcome on the 55th anniversary of the founding of the entity, where many were awarded for their outstanding activity in the field.
After an event of about an hour, we headed to the hotel's reserved beach, where we all shared there, including @nony, @tonyes, @deadlink, @daileee and other colleagues, we were really rewarded big time.
We drank beer, bathed in the beach and enjoyed the ocean view chairs provided by the venue. We all laughed, danced, enjoyed ourselves and talked about very interesting things.
The activity lasted from 9am to 6pm, so we had a lot of time for ourselves, it was an incredible experience compared to the others we had had before considering the situation the country is going through at the moment.
