In a previous article, we were seeing that NFTs are a technology that allows storing the data of a digital asset that represents an asset of the physical world, this being a legal proof of ownership subject to a verifiable transaction in the blockchain. Although, its use is much more focused on the field of art, its applications go beyond images, music and memes; today, we will be seeing in what other field these tokens are applicable and the utilities they can have in practical life:
En un artículo anterior, estuvimos viendo que los NFTs son una tecnología que permite guardar los datos de una activo digital que representan un activo del mundo físico, siendo éste una prueba legal de autoría sujeta a una transacción verificable en la blockchain. Aunque su uso se centra mucho más en el campo del arte, su aplicaciones van más allá de las imágenes, la música y los memes; hoy, estaremos viendo en qué otro campo estos tokens son aplicables y las utilidades que pueden tener en la vida práctica:

As well as ensuring the authenticity of physical paintings, NFTs are also used to ensure the authenticity of products, whether they are toiletries, groceries or household appliances. When buying a product in a marketplace specialized for it, through tokens, which come with an associated QR code, once received, we can scan it to check the ID of the product, in addition to being able to visualize the entire process from manufacture to sale. This variant allows customers to have more confidence in the products they buy and where they buy them, thus knowing the complete journey of the products and being able to visualize their expiration date.
Así como para asegurar la autenticidad de los cuadros físicos, los NFTs también sirven para asegurar la autenticidad de productos, ya sean de aseo, comestibles o electrodomésticos. Al comprar un producto en un marketplace especializado para ello, a través de tokens, los cuales vienen con un código QR asociado, una vez recibido, podemos escanear el mismo para comprobar el ID del producto, además de poder visualizar el proceso completo desde su fabricación hasta la venta. Esta variante le permite a los clientes confiar más en los productos que compran y dónde, conociendo así la travesía completa de los mismos podiendo visualizar además su fecha de caducidad.

In the automotive industry, NFTs also have their niche, which consists of the verification of vehicle history both by car models and by car plates, the latter being a solution to the major problems of car counterfeiting, as well as with their peers.
En la industria de los automóviles los NFTs también tienen su nicho, el cual consta de la verificación del historial de vehículos tanto por modelos de coches como por las chapas de los mismos, siendo esta última una solución a los grandes problemas de falsificación de automóviles, así también como con sus semejantes.

Transferring lands by providing proof of authorship and backtracking property value changes over time is one of the applications in real estate. If it used to be easy to find out how much a house, hotel or estate has previously cost through the stock exchange, now, with a volume trade in the field of non-fungible tokens it's much easier. In a future article we will explain in depth this variant in real estate and how it can be implemented.
Transferir terrenos proveyendo una prueba de autoría y hacer backtracking de los cambios de valor de propiedad a través del tiempo son una de las aplicaciones en los estados reales y los inmuebles. Si antes era sencillo conocer cuánto ha costado anteriormente una casa, hotel o hacienda a través de la bolsa de valores, ahora, con un volume trade en el campo de los tokens no fungibles resulta mucho más fácil. Has it ever happened to you that you buy a ticket to travel or go to the movies and suddenly you remember that you have it in the pants you are wearing but you washed it the day before? In itself, the tickets for several years have found a better market in the digital world, but it had not been possible to correct until now the problem of fraud that, with NFT technology, it's impossible to forge a ticket to these being protected in the blockchain with a wallet associated with each one. In Cuba, one of the projects that is venturing into this variant is Mantra Space, nothing more and nothing less than through Hive's own ecosystem for it.
¿No te ha pasado que compras un ticket o boleto para viajar o ir al cine y de repente recuerdas que lo tienes en el pantalón que llevas puesto pero lo lavaste el día anterior? De por sí, los tickets desde hace varios años han encontrado un mejor mercado en el mundo digital, pero no se había podido corregir hasta ahora el problema del fraude que, con la tecnología NFT, resulta imposible falsificar un ticket al estos estar resguardados en la blockchain con una billetera asociado a cada uno. En Cuba, uno de los proyectos que está incursionando en esta variante es Mantra Space, nada más y nada menos que a través del propio ecosistema de Hive para ello.
